Why we built Wheelie Game differently
Most of the games above are 2D — a bike sprite on a flat road, hold a button, don't fall. That's a fun core loop, and it's why the genre is popular. We wanted the same balance skill in a real 3D space: a full open map to explore, actual jump ramps, a dirt bike and an electric Sur-Ron-style wheelie bike with different handling, and a pop-then-balance mechanic that uses gas and brake instead of one magic button.
If you want something you can pick up in five seconds on a phone, the 2D games above are great for that. If you want to actually ride around a map and chain wheelies into jumps, that's what we built.
